Monday Mobility
Stretching and strengthening for mobility
Mondays at 7:30am
The mission of this class is to start your week with improving range of motion and lightly strengthening the tendons and ligaments of the joints. We focus heavily on feet, angles, hios and shoulders. We use gentle and slow movements and props, to open up the body, allow for more range and movement. We can do this with and without light resistance, Perfect for anyone looking to increase their flexibility with more than static stretches


Tuesday Ninja
Having fun building muscle and improving cardio
Tuesdays at 7:30am
The missions of this class are to sweat and have fun! We employ bodyweight exercises, in the form of animal walks and HIIT style cardio to move blood and lymph, build muscle and qi, all while having a good time together. Modifications are available for those just getting into a more intensive routine. We also focus on breath and closing stillness to start your day on the right foot!
Thursday In-Person Qigong
Cultivate energy through movement meditations
Thursday at noon
This is a class for slowing down, cultivating energy, and getting to meditate while moving. We employ warm-up, gentle qigong movements based on the 5 elements, called the Immortal Form, and cool down. The perfect break in your day to rebalance, ground and rebuild. This class is offered at my office.


Friday Online Qigong
Cultivate energy through movement meditations online
This is a class for slowing down, cultivating energy, and getting to meditate while moving. We employ warm-up, gentle qigong movements based on the 5 elements, called the Immortal Form, and cool down. The perfect way to prepare for the weekend by building up your qi from the week. This class is offered via Zoom and will have a replay link available for the weekend if you cannot make the class live online.
